Scout.com 2009 Top 100 Prospects List

Scout.com recently published their top 100 prospects for 2009, and while the names look familiar, the rankings don't. This is by far the most radical prospect list I've seen this year by a major publication, and I don't personally agree with it all that much. Oh well, we're all entitled to our opinion, right? I'll be very interested to see how this list looks 3 or 4 years from now.
