Were all of those pitches the 4 shake ball?
Hey Micah,
I'm not sure about that. They were all about the same speed (90 kmh), so I assuming they were all '4 shake balls'. If one of them was a fastball or a curve, 90 kmh would seem really slow for a full grown man (then again, that's probably about as fast as I throw).
